Every new Ford Connected Vehicle is fitted with an Embedded Modem called FordPass Connect. When you pair and activate your vehicle in the FordPass App, you unlock the ability to communicate with your vehicle remotely, and gain access to an extensive list of beneficial features and services via the app.1

With the FordPass App, you get access to a vast number of connected features that help keep your Ford safe and secure, ensure it is running properly, and ultimately help provide a worry-free ownership experience.
Vehicle Health Alerts
The FordPass App capability extends to Vehicle Health Alerts, which can be sent directly to your mobile device, pre-empting service needs and general maintenance such as low washer fluid.
Vehicle Status
Check key variables such as fuel level and odometer on the FordPass App to help plan your journey, making sure you are properly prepared for the drive to come.
Vehicle Locator
Check your vehicle’s exact location in the FordPass App, which is particularly useful if you share your vehicle with loved ones or if you have forgotten where you parked it.2
Simplified Service
The FordPass App makes scheduling services easier than ever before. Simply set a preferred dealer, choose a date and time, and book your desired slot.
Vehicle Knowledge
With FordPass, you are always in the know. Check your fuel level, oil life, tyre pressure, vehicle location, and overall vehicle health status.

How to connect your Ford to FordPass Connect
Download the FordPass App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Create your user account
Add your Connected Vehicle:
Click ‘Add Vehicle,’ scan or enter your VIN number manually.
Activate your Connected Vehicle:
Activate your Ford by selecting ‘Connect to Vehicle,’ turn on your engine select ‘I’ve started my vehicle’, confirm your FordPass connection by selecting ‘Yes’ on the touchscreen, close the FordPass App and re-open the App following the prompts.

Did You Know…
Complementary access is granted to FordPass to use for the first 3 years of your warranty6
ALL connected vehicles receive a complementary connected service for three years from the Ford new vehicle warranty start date after which time, the Connected Service may cease to be available or may be subject to a subscription fee.
FordPass Lets You Control Your Ford from an App
FordPass Connect enables connected services and is available on selected vehicles. FordPass Connect will be enabled at time of vehicle delivery. The FordPass App and the FordPass Connect modem can only work when both are connected to the telecommunications network. Ford cannot guarantee FordPass will always be fully operational, and the app may be unavailable, or services interrupted. Ford is not responsible for any limitations of the telecommunications network or your mobile device.
